| 摘 要： | 广西新农村建设必须尊重广西各地的历史和环境,同时依据各自特点进行建设,避免千篇一律.在加强城乡统筹规划同时,重新认识城镇化过程中的农村、农业和农民问题十分必要.同时,农村的住宅建设在满足居住功能的前提下,还要考虑农业生产的需要.
