摘    要:微分几何理论是分析和解决多变量耦合非线性控制系统的有效工具,本文将微分几何理论引入到磁悬浮平台控制中,对磁悬浮微动平台进行了状态反馈精确线性化研究,实现了磁悬浮微动平台悬浮和水平驱动两个子系统的精确线性化.仿真及实验结果均表明,这种解耦控制方法从根本上消除了竖直方向上的运动对水平方向驱动力的影响,该方法具有很好的线性化效果,优于传统DQ分解加泰勒级数展开的控制方案.

Abstract:An effective tool for analyzing and solving multivariable coupling nonlinear control system,differential geometry theory is introduced in this paper to control magnetic stage.The research is conducted on stage feedback accurate linearization of magnetic jiggle stage,and linearization of vertical and horizontal driving subsystems is then achieved.Simulation and experimental results show that this decoupling control method eliminates the influence of vertical driving force on horizontal driving force,and that...
