尿素包合法富集鱼油中的EPA和DHA的工艺研究

摘    要:运用尿素包合法富集鱼油中的EPA和DHA。考察了尿脂比、反应温度、结晶温度和结晶时间对EPA和DHA总纯度的影响。随尿脂比的增大,总纯度先增大后趋于稳定,适宜的尿脂比为2.5:1。随反应温度的升高,总纯度逐渐增大,适宜的反应温度为55℃。随结晶温度的降低,总纯度逐渐增大,适宜的结晶温度为0℃。随结晶时间的增大,总纯度先增大后趋于稳定,适宜的结晶时间为1h。

Abstract:Urea complexation was carried out to enrich Eicosapentaenoic Acid and Docosahexaenoic Acid from fish oil. In this process, the effects of response variables including urea -to -fatty acid ratio, reaction temperature, crystallization temperature, and crystallization time on purification of EPA and DHA were studied by single factor experiment. With the increase of urea - to - fatty acid ratio, the total purification firstly increased and then stabilized, the proper urea -to -fatty acid ratio was 2.5: 1. With the increase of reaction temperature, the total purification increases, the proper reaction temperature was 55℃. With the decrease of crystallization temperature, the total purification increased, the proper crystallization temperature was 0℃. With the increase of crystallization time, the total purification firstly increased and then stabilized, the proper crystallization time was 1 h.
