摘    要:在对调度方法进行深入分析研究的基础上,开发了基于进化算法的FMS调度方法。该方法充分考虑了与FMS调度相关的各种因素,对一种常见的编码形式作出了新的解释,设计了一套新的编码方法以保证编码的合理性,并进行了仿真实验分析。结果证明了基于进化算法的FMS调度仿真模型可以有效地解决FMS调度这样具有多约束条件的优化问题。与其它方法相比较,这一算法收敛得较快,稳定性好,使用范围较广,具有很高的实用价值。

FMS scheduling simulation based on evolution algorithm
Abstract:FMS scheduler algorithm based on evolution algorithm (EA) was developed by intensively analyzing and researching scheduling method in this paper. A wide range of factors related to FMS scheduling was considered sufficiently. New explanations for a common kind of encoding model were given. The rationality of encoding model was guarantee by design of a set of new encoding method, while simulation experiment was performed. The result shows that FMS scheduling optimum problem with multi-constraint conditions can be effectively solved by FMS scheduling simulation model based on EA. Compared this method with others, this algorithm has the advantage of fine stability, quick convergence, wide application and high practice value.
