钨合金白口铸铁共晶碳化物团球化工艺的研究和应用

摘    要:针对钨合金白口铸铁脆性大 ,使用范围窄 ,研究了碱金属元素 K、Na对其组织和性能的影响 .结果表明 ,钨合金白口铸铁经 K、Na变质处理后 ,共晶碳化物由网状分布变成团球状分布 ,碳化物明显细化和分布均匀化 .分析了碳化物团球化机理 ,碳化物形态的改善导致钨合金铸铁的冲击韧度和抗冲击磨损性能明显提高 .变质钨合金白口铸铁用于制造球磨机衬板 ,使用寿命比高锰钢衬板提高 3倍以上 .

Abstract:To counter the situation that tungsten alloy white cast iron has great brittleness and narrow application scope,the effects of K and Na on the structures and properties of tungsten alloy white cast iron are studied.The results obtained show that by means of K and Na modifcation, eutectics carbide turns into nodular from network form, carbide is fined and is even distributed.The mechanism of carbide spheroidizing is analyzd. Because of the improvement of carbide shape the impact toughness and impact wear resistance of tungsten alloy white cast iron is obviously improved.The service life of modified tungsten alloy white cast iron liner is three times higher than that of high manganese steel liner.
