负荷密度法在高压电网规划中的应用

以广州市番禺区高压电网规划与城市规划相结合的实际经验为例,探讨了可以有效使城市规划和电网规划相统一的负荷预测方法—负荷密度法在高压电网规划中的应用。通过建立负荷密度法的数学模型,指出该方法虽然在应用上存在难点,但能够保证负荷预测结果与城市规划的高度结合,体现与城市规划数据相适应的合理负荷值;通过分析该方法在番禺电网中的应用现状,证明负荷密度法既可以满足电网经济性和可靠性的要求,又可满足城市发展的要求,具有实际的应用优势。

Application of Load Density Method in HV Grid Planning

Based on the experience in combining HV power grid planning and city planning of Panyu,Guangzhou,the application of a load forecast method that can effectively coordinate urban and grid planning,i.e.load density method,in HV grid planning is discussed.By building mathematical model of the method,it is indicated that the method can ensure close combination of load forecast results and city planning despite its difficulties in application,and reflect the reasonable load value that is fit for urban planning data.Application status quo of the method in Panyu grid verifies that load density method can not only meet the requirements about economic efficiency and reliability of power grid but also satisfy the needs of city development,so it has practical application advantages.
