摘    要:为了适应精炼钢包对镁钙材料日益增长的需求,通过感应炉抗渣实验研究了不同精炼渣系(CaO-SiO2和CaO-Al2O3)对不同组成的树脂结合不烧镁钙(MgO-CaO)砖侵蚀的影响,并借助显微镜和电子探针对熔渣熔蚀、渗透进行了研究。结果表明:对于CaO-SiO2渣,随着砖中Ca0含量的增加,砖的抗渣蚀能力增强,而CaO-Al2O3渣却恰好相反;无论对哪一种渣,熔渣的渗透深度都随着砖中CaO含量的增加而减小。

Abstract:In order to meet the increasing demands for MgO-CaO refractories in refining ladle, the effect of different refining slag including the CaO/SiO_2 and CaO/Al_2O_3 system on the corrosion of resin-bonded MgO-CaO unburned brick was investigated by testing slag resistance in induction furnace. The penetration and corrosion depth were also studied using SEM and EDS technique. The results show that the properties of corrosion resistance to the CaO-SiO_2 slag increase with the increasing content of CaO, which is just the contrary to the CaO-Al_2O_3 slag; as far as the two slag systems are concerned, the penetration depth decreases with the increase of CaO in the MgO-CaO brick.
