| 摘 要： | 通过分析环境污染的危害性，提出了开发基于Web GIS的污染源预警及应急系统的必要性。介绍了此系统的需求目标，在此基础上阐述了系统的体系结构、数据组织方式以及系统主要功能。

| Abstract: | Through analyzing the dangerous of environmental pollution,the paper brings forward the necessity of setting up an emergency preparedness and response system of urban pollution source based on Web GIS.After introducing the design destinations,this paper presents the model of the structure and the organization of data and the function of this system. |
