工序的时间波动在离散制造过程中的传播机理

摘    要:为了分析离散制造过程中工序的时间波动对作业计划的影响,对工序的时间波动在生产过程的传播机理进行了研究.通过分析工序之间的关系,提出工序关联模块的概念,生产过程可以通过16类工序关联模块组合而成;分析工序的时间波动在工序关联模块中的传播机理,得出工序的时间波动在每类工序关联模块中传播的流程.工序的时间波动通过关键偏差工序传输到其他工序流程中,分析工序的时间波动在生产过程中的传播机理,关键在于找到每个工序流程中的关键偏差工序.应用实例表明:工序的时间波动可以通过算法快速确定,其传播机理是研究离散制造过程动态调度的基础,其算法能较好的满足实际生产调度的需要.

Abstract:In order to analyze the influence of working procedure time fluctuations on the production scheduling during the discrete manufacturing process, the propagation mechanism of working procedure time fluctuations in the production process was researched. The concept of correlative module of working procedures was put forward by analyzing the relationship of working procedures. The production process could be composed of 16 kinds of correlative modules of working procedures. The propagation mechanism of working procedure time fluctuations in the correlative modules of working procedures was analyzed, and the propagation flow paths of working procedure time fluctuations were obtained. The working procedure time fluctuations enter into the other flow paths of working procedure via the key deviation working procedure. The key to resolve the problem, to analyze the propagation mechanism of working procedure time fluctuations in production process, is to get the key deviation working procedure of each flow path of the working procedure. The result of application instance shows that the propagation of working procedure time fluctuations can be resolved with algorithm quickly, its' propagation mechanism is the basis of researching dynamic scheduling of the production process, and the algorithm can satisfy the actual requirement of production scheduling.
