CAN总线在发动机台架自动测控系统中的应用

摘    要:发动机台架试验是发动机性能测试的主要手段,采用以计算机控制的发动机台架试验自动测控与监测系统是其发展的必然趋势。应用CAN总线技术开发了的发动机台架自动测控系统,简化了系统结构,有效提高了测试水平和效率。系统主要由控制节点、数据采集节点和PC节点组成。数据采集节点采集系统的控制参数,并将参数分别传送到PC节点,用于显示测试进程,传送到控制节点用于控制。系统工作稳定、控制实时性好、数据传输可靠。

Abstract:Engine test-bed experiment is the main means of engine performance test, whose necessary developing trend is to apply measurement and monitoring system based on computer. Automatic measurement and control system of engine test-bed has been developed based on CAN Bus. The system structure has been decreased, the productivity has been increased, and the testing level has been improved greatly. The system is mainly composed of data collection node, control node and PC node. The data collection nod is responsible for sampling the control parameters. The data are sent to PC node for display and to the control node for control. The running results show that the system is reliable in data transfer and accuracy control.
