电力系统动态仿真误差评定准则研究

摘    要:电力系统仿真准确度直接影响到电网的安全经济运行,广域测量系统的广泛应用使评价电力系统仿真准确度成为可能,确定仿真误差是评价电力系统仿真准确度的前提.文中在分析电力系统动态变量基本特征的基础上,提出可用动态变量的特征信息来衡量变量的差异,并采取分时段研究的原则,针对不同时段分别提出了仿真误差的量化评价指标.所提出的误差评定准则不仅可以真实地反映出动态数据间的接近程度,还可提供与误差相关的系统动态信息,从而为进一步修正模型与参数奠定基础.通过对实测数据和仿真数据的误差量化计算,证实了所提出的误差准则的有效性.

Abstract:Simulation validation has great effects on power system analysis and control. Appropriate error criteria for comparing the data of wide area measurement system (WAMS) and simulations are the premise on simulation validation. By analyzing the characteristics of power system dynamic variables, time-scale based error criteria on simulation validation are proposed in this paper. The first error criterion for transients is based on the magnitude difference of the first swing; while the second and the third are proposed for system dynamics after the first swing based on the characteristics of system dynamic variables. The energy information of the data is also utilized to provide a general criterion for error evaluation. The proposed criteria can not only evaluate the accuracy of the simulation, but also provide the information for model and parameter correction. A case study on the measured data and simulations shows the efficiency of the proposed error criteria.
