浅析我国再生水水质标准关键指标适应性

在分析我国现行再生水水质标准基础上,确定了再生水水质关键指标筛选原则,筛选了再生水水质关键指标。根据近几年我国东、南、西、北部典型再生水厂出水水质情况,分析了现行水质标准关键指标的适应性,得出结论:适应性较强的指标有pH值、悬浮物、BOD5、COD、石油类、阴离子表面活性剂、铁、锰等;指标限值较宽松的有色度、浊度、溶解氧等;指标限值较严格的有氨氮、总氮、总磷、总大肠菌群、粪大肠菌群、总余氯等。在此基础上,结合生产实践、用户需求、安全供水、工艺发展趋势等因素,提出了规范现行水质标准的建议。

Flexibility of key indexes for quality of reclaimed water in China

The criteria to define key indexes for quality of reclaimed water quality are given based on analysis of current norms and standards in China. As a result, the key indexes for quality of reclaimed water are screened. Aeeording to the water quality of reclaimed water released from typical plants in the east, south, west and north of China in the past few years, the flexibility of key indexes listed in the current norms and standards are evaluated. It is concluded that the indexes with high flexibility includes pH value, suspended solids, BODs, COD, petroleum or oils, anionic surfactant, iron and manganese, etc. The indexes of chromaticity, turbidity, dissolved oxygen may have flexible thresholds; but indexes of ammoniacal nitrogen, total phosphorus, total coliform, fecal coliform and total residual chlorine should have relatively strict thresholds. Recommendations are made on how to regulate water quality at present, taking the production practice, needs of water users, water supply safety and trend of technology development into full consideration.
