Excel在评标中的应用

用Excel建立评标记分系统,实现自动判断有效报价、自动计算投标报价分、自动进行评委评分的小计(合计或总计)、自动计算去掉一个最高分及一个最低分后的投标文件最终得分、自动确定评标委员会推荐的中标候选人,解决了人工计算评标数据既耗时又容易出错的弊端。

Adoption of Excel in bid evaluation

Thanks to bid scoring system established by Excel, it helps to avoid mistakes caused by people in calculation of scores in bid evaluation, with automatic judgment of valid offers, automatic calculation of subtotal of bidding evaluation score of evaluation committee members（total）, and final score after deduction of one highest and lowest scores, and finally show the winner of bidding to the bid evaluation committee.
