摘    要:针对大电流带极电渣堆焊中由于平行电流元的磁收缩效应,导致焊道严重咬边的问题,提出了利用外磁场克服咬边的原理。在分析不同磁控方式使用效果的基础上,试制并应用了方便可调的通电线圈磁控装置。完成了磁极位置、磁控电流和焊接规范对磁控效果的影响试验,总结了生产中应注意的问题。

Abstract:When big current is used in strip electroslag overlap welding,the parallel current unit has magnetic shrink effect, this will cause the welding seams seriously undercut. A principle to make use of outside magnetic field against welding seam undercut were specified. On the bases of effect analysis of different ways of magnetic control, the magnetic control equipment of the electric coil convenient to be adjusted was tested and produced. The tests of magnetic plate, magnetic current, and the affective test of the welding specification to the magnet control were completed, and the problems occurred in manufacture were summarized.
