摘    要:以氨基磺酸为催化剂,通过苯甲醛和1,2-丙二醇反应合成了苯甲醛缩1,2-丙二醇,探讨了氨基磺酸的催化活性,研究了醛醇摩尔比、催化剂用量、反应时间、催化剂重复使用等对产物收率的影响。结果表明,氨基磺酸是合成苯甲醛缩1,2-丙二醇的良好催化剂,在醛醇摩尔比为1:1.3,苯甲醛用量为0.2mol,w(催化剂)=2%,环己烷(带水剂)用量为15mL,反应时间为80min的条件下,产物收率可达95.0%。

Abstract:Benzaldehyde 1, 2-propanediol acetal was synthesized from benzaldehyde and 1, 2-propane-diol using sulfamic acid as catalyst. The factors influencing the synthesis were discussed and the optimal conditions were found as follows: molar ratio of benzaldehyde to 1,2-propanediol was 1 : 1. 3, the amount of catalyst was 2% of benzaldehyde by weight, the amount of cyclohexane was 15 mL/0. 2 mol benzaldehyde, the reaction time was 80 min. The results showed that the sulfamic acid is a good catalyst for synthesizing benzaldehyde 1,2-propanediol acetal and its yield could reach 95. 0%.
