聚合物-水泥防砂滤砂管的研究

摘    要:针对环氧树脂滤砂管易老化且制造工艺中存在环境污染等问题,根据聚合物水泥与砂料之间有良好粘结性的特点,提出了以聚合物为添加剂来生产水泥滤砂管的工艺,对聚灰比、水灰比的选择进行了研究,确定了最佳配比,对根据最佳配比制成的试样进行了试验。结果表明,所研制出的滤砂管克服了原滤砂管制造工艺的不足,其强度、渗透性达到了原滤砂管的标准,且抗老化性能有了明显的提高。

Abstract:In consideration of the problems of easily aging epoxy liners and environment pollution in their manufacturing process, the technique is proposed for manufacturing a cement liner with polymer as an additive, based on characteristics of good cohesive action of polymer with sand, the selections of polymer-cement ratio, water-cement ratio are studied, and optimal proportioning is determined. The samples made with the proportioning are tested. The result shows that the sand filter liners made with new technique overcome the drawbacks of the old technique, the liner and penetration could meet the standard with obvious improvement in aging resistance.
