基于B/S的人才派遣管理信息系统的设计和实现

针对人才派遣这种新型的用人形式,以新型人才派遣工作模式为模型,基于B/S结构体系,设计了一套包括核心数据管理和信息发布收集的管理信息系统,涵盖拓展科、客服科、管理员系统维护模块,经过对系统运行情况的测试,系统实现了企业与员工基本信息的添加、修改、查找和删除以及在此基础上生成的企业用工信息、员工入离职信息和用工合同信息的操作,满足了人才派遣管理所需要的大多数的功能。

Design and Implementation of Personal Dispatching Management Information System Based on B/S

Aiming at the new type of personal employing and taking this new working mode of person dispatching as model,a managing information system is designed based on B/S structure system,including key data management and information issuing and colleting.After the test of system operating,it can realize the function of adding,amending,searching and deleting for the basic information of enterprise and staffs and can meet the need of most function for personal dispatching management.
