合金弹头超声检测缺陷定位方法研究

摘    要:首先论述提出的一种结合信号包络线和阈值判定的缺陷定位方法,然后针对采集的合金弹头内部及近表面缺陷超声回波信号采用这种方法进行合金弹头缺陷定位。通过实验表明,该方法能够较准确地判断出合金弹头内部及近表面缺陷所在的位置,参照C扫描方式重构图,能直观地判定缺陷的位置、形状和大小,为合金弹头自动超声检测提供了一种有效的手段。

Abstract:In the automatic ultrasonic testing of metal slug internal and near surface defects,it is required to analyze the echo signal received by ultrasonic probe with the aid of specific algorithm so as to identify the detect location and reconstruct accurately.A kind of defect location method combining signal envelope and threshold value judging is introduced in this article,and the ultrasonic echo signal collected is analyzed by such a kind of method to identify the metal slug defects location.Experiments show that using this method can accurately identify the position of defects existing in metal slug and near surface,and with reference to C-scan image,the position,shape and size of the flaw can be visually judged on the image,which has provided the favorable reference for the automatic defect location of ultrasonic testing of metal slug.
