| 摘 要： | 螺旋埋弧焊管生产中，钢带剪边处理装置非常重要，直接影响机组的连续生产。通过对当前大多数螺旋焊管生产厂家采用的在线剪切方式和异地处理方式各自特点的分析，提出了一种新型实用的摆动式液压碎边板条处理方式。详细介绍了这种新装置的结构特点和设计要点，认为有很好的推广价值。

| Abstract: | It is very important to mill strip edges during SSAW pipe production,which can directly effect work line continuous production.It analyzed on-line shearing style and different position disposal feature,which is used in most pipe manufacturer.It raised a newly and practice sway-style hydraulic pressure smashing strip edges manner. It also describe newly device structure character and its design essential point.It is valuable to use wisely. |
