| 摘 要： | 我国钨矿的储量、产量和销量均居世界首位,但多年来被大量开采并廉价出口,使我国该矿种的资源优势地位逐渐丧失。面对这种情况,国家对钨产品的开发和出口加强了管理,其中2002年至2008年是我国对钨行业宏观调控政策发布实施的集中期。本文综合分析了这六年来颁布实施的相关政策及实施效果,并对政策执行过程中存在的问题进行分析。
