摘    要:异种金属材料的物理性质会对焊接冶金化的整个过程产生很大的影响.在综述几类异种金属激光焊接的研究现状时,主要分析了Cu和Fe,Ni和Ti,Cu和Ni,Fe和Al这几时异种金属间的熔点、导热系数和溶解度的差异,对激光焊接凝固后熔池的形状、成分变化和微观组织特征的影响.

Abstract:The physical properties of dissimilar metal have great effect on the whole process of welding metallurgy.While summarizing the current situation of research on laser welding of several types of dissimilar metals,the differences of melting point,thermal conductivity and solubility between Cu and Fe,Ni and Ti,Cu and Ni and Fe and Al were analyzed respectively,as well as their impact on the shape,composition changes and microstructure characteristics of laser welding pool after solidification.
