工作载荷对辊压机工作性能的影响

摘    要:辊压机在矿山领域的应用越来越广泛,为了优化辊压机的工作参数和工艺参数,以提高辊压机的工作性能,分析了辊压机的工作载荷对其工作性能的影响。结果显示,随着工作载荷的增大,消耗功率线性增加,产品粒度减小,且减小的幅度越来越小。综合考虑辊压机的工艺参数、运转稳定性和辊面磨损寿命,进而确定最佳工作载荷。

Abstract:The high pressure grinding roll(HPGR) is widely used in the mining field.In order to optimize the working parameters and the technical parameters of the grinding roll and improve its working performance,the influence of working load of the grinding roll on its working performance was analyzed.The results showed that:with the increase in the working load,the power consumption increased in direct proportion,as well as the granularity of ground material reduced,and the reduction range is less and less.The working load should be determined according to the technical parameters and operation stability of the grinding roll as well as the service life of the roll surface.
