摘    要:以硫铝酸盐水泥熟料为主要原料,配以硬石膏共同粉磨制制得二组分高性能CSA混凝土膨胀剂,对不同的熟料/硬石膏比和粉磨细度对CSA膨胀剂膨胀性能的影响进行了研究。研究表明:当硫铝熟料/硬石膏=55∶45时膨胀剂膨胀性能较硫铝熟料/硬石膏=50∶50时更好。胶砂浸水养护7 d时的限制膨胀率达到0.0485%,水养7 d后干空养护至21 d其限制膨胀率仍然保持在0.02%左右。CSA膨胀剂粉磨比表面积级别为300 m2/kg左右时,其膨胀性能相比于350、400 m2/kg两个比表面积的CSA膨胀剂更好,且干空养护后期收缩小,其对材料的强度影响程度也较小。

Abstract:Sulphoaluminate cement clinker for raw material,match with anhydrite mixed grinding fine get the high performance concrete expansive agent.the different clinker/anhydrite ratio and fineness of expansive agent influenced the expanding properties and the mortar strength.Research shows that:sulfur aluminum clinker:anhydrite= of the preparation of expansion agent has better expansion rate when sulfur aluminum clinker:anhydrite=55∶45 comparison to sulfur aluminum clinker:anhydrite=50∶50.Cement mortar in the water maintenance 7 days,one of the highest inflation rate for mortar is 0.048 5%,in the air in maintenance to 21 days,cement mortar restrictions still keep inflation rate at about 0.02%.Compared to 350,400 m2/kg two specific surface area level of CSA expansion agent,the grinding surface area about 300 m2/kg of CSA expansion agent inflation performance is well,and dry shrinkage rate is small.
