基于Modbus协议的采集监控系统设计与实现

摘    要:网络化采集与监控系统在工厂自动化、工业控制、小区监控、数据采集与报测等领域具有广泛的应用,文中课题基于RS485总线接口的Modbus协议,实现MCU之间中长距离的通信,具有硬件简单、设计简便、控制方便、成本低廉等优点。设计基于RTX51 Tiny实时系统,围绕主从设备设计,通过问答方式,构成一个星形主从网络,完成状态、条件等信息的集中采集处理与监控。

Abstract:Acquisition and control system based on networks have been used in factory automation, industrial control, residential surveillance, data collection and reporting and so on. This program achieves long-distance communication between the MCU based on RS485 Modbus protocol, It has advantage of simple hardware, the simple design, the convenient control and the lower cost. The design is based on RTX51 Tiny real-time systems,and has the master and slave devices through the questions and answers, and has a form of star master-slave network. It has completed the centralized collection, processing and monitoring information with status and conditions.
