火电厂制粉系统优化控制方案的探讨

摘    要:针对目前多数火电厂来煤不稳定、煤种变化频繁的特点.分析了采用磨煤机料位监控方式和人工神经网络方式实现制粉系统优化控制解决方案的不足,介绍了广州员村热电有限公司2号锅炉利用嵌入式控制来实现火电厂铜球磨煤机制粉系统的自动控制方法。利用该方法.当煤种变化后可实现制粉系统快速自适应.并重新建立最佳出力状态.从而达到提高制粉效率的目的。

Abstract:In consideration of the unstable coal sources and frequent changes in coal types for many thermal power plants at present,this paper analyzes the deficiencies of using pulverizer charge level monitoring and artificial neural network means to realize the optimal control solution for the pulverized coal preparation system.It also describes the embedded control method that realizes the automatic control of the ball pulverizer pulverized coal preparation system for Unit 2 boiler in Guangzhou Yuancun Cogeneration Power Co.,Ltd.By this means,the system can rapidly adapt itself to new coal types and rebuild optimum output conditions;thus the pulverization efficiency can be improved.
