新型电火花线切割机床的设计与可行性研究

摘    要:现在通用的快走丝电火花线切割机床一般为线架与走丝部件固定在床身,工作台移动进给式结构,这样的结构对于一般的中小型工件可以满足加工要求,但是重型工件,由于对机床工作台的行程、电机的驱动能力要求过高,一般机床难以满足加工要求.这里提出一种新型的机床结构,对现有机床进行结构改造,并在改造前后的机床进行了一系列的切割实验,对切割效果进行分析比较分析,为新型线切割机床设计的可行性及生产提供了理论与工艺的支持.

Abstract:Nowadays the current high speed wire cut Electrical-discharge machine (WEDM)tools' overall arrangement is that the line support and transport parts are fixed on the tool'bed ,the worktable is moved. The tools of this structure only can machine small and medium-sized workpieces, but it is hard to machine big heavy works for the reason that the size of the worktable and the drive capability of motor can't meet the machining request .we design a lather of new structure and reconstruct the lather in existence .We do a series of experiments on the lather before and after reconstruction and analyze the result. The experiments can offer theoretic and technologic support for this new machine tool's feasibility and production.
