摘    要:在分析点滴瓶瓶塞零件结构的基础上,完成了注射模具结构设计,对其浇注系统与潜伏式浇口做了介绍,经过优化设计避免了瓶塞生产中易出现熔接痕、内部气孔、注不满、变形的缺陷,成功生产出合格制品.

Abstract:The injection mould structure design has been finished on the basis of the analysis of the structure of the bottle bung. The paper gave an introduction to the design of the injection mechanism and deeding system. Through the optimization design, the bottle bung has been prevented from producing and hitting the defect apt to appear,such as weld mark ,internal porosity,short shot ,and deformation,etc. The acceptable bottle bung has been producde successfully.
