摘    要:对IGCC中最主要的热回收装置(净燃气加热器)进行选型与设计,分析了合成气的物性计算方法,并结合Aspen B-JAC进行了换热器的设计,给出了一台双壳程U型管水气加热器的结构和性能数据。

Abstract:Type choosing and design were performed to a clean gas heater,which is the most important heat recovery device in IGCC projects.Calculation method for physical properties of syngas was analyzed while design for relevant heat exchangers carried out with Aspen B-JAC software,based on which structural and performance data for a dual-shell U-tube water-gas heater are finally given.
