铜冶炼渣湿法浸出资源化高效回收研究现状

摘    要:随着火法炼铜行业的快速发展,产生的铜渣大量堆积,对生物或者环境产生巨大危害。铜渣中含有大量的可回收有价金属,综合回收铜渣中的有价金属并对余渣资源化利用,既能减少环境污染又能生产高附加值产品。湿法浸出铜渣具有环保、经济、效率高等优点受到了广泛关注。本文主要从酸浸法、氯化浸出法、碱性氨浸出法、生物浸出四方面详细综述了铜渣湿法浸出的最新研究进展,对四种方法的基本原理、优缺点对比分析,并总结了各种浸出方式的浸出渣资源化高效利用现状,对铜渣未来湿法浸出资源化高效回收进行了展望

Abstract:with the rapid development of pyrometallurgical copper industry, a large amount of copper slag is accumulated, which does great harm to biology or environment. Copper slag contains a large number of recyclable valuable metals. Comprehensive recovery of valuable metals in copper slag and resource utilization of residual slag can not only reduce environmental pollution, but also produce high value-added products. Wet leaching of copper residue has attracted extensive attention because of its advantages of environmental protection, economy and high efficiency. In this paper, the latest research progress of wet leaching of copper slag is reviewed in detail from four aspects: acid leaching, chlorination leaching, alkaline ammonia leaching and biological leaching. The basic principles, advantages and disadvantages of the four methods are compared and analyzed, the current situation of resource-based and efficient utilization of leaching slag in various leaching methods is summarized, and the resource-based and efficient recovery of copper slag in the future is prospected
