机器视觉技术在大米品质检测中的研究进展

摘    要:粮食事关国运民生。随着我国经济的高速发展以及人们生活水平的不断提高,人们对粮食的需求也由追求数量转变为追求质量,对优质大米的需求也越来越大,提高大米品质对稳定国内市场以及出口国外市场具有重要意义。利用机器视觉技术可以对大米的加工品质及外观品质进行快速、无损检测,对于提高大米的品质至关重要。本文综述了近年来国内外学者利用机器视觉技术在大米加工品质和外观品质中的研究现状与应用,并对今后大米品质检测技术的发展做出了展望。

Research progress of machine vision technology in rice quality detection
Abstract:Grain is related to national health and people''s livelihood.With the rapid development of China''s economy and the continuous improvement of people''s living standards,people''s demand for grain has changed from quantity to quality,so the demand for high-quality rice is increasing day by day.The improvement of rice quality is of great significance to stabilize domestic market and export foreign market.Machine vision technology can be used to perform efficient and accurate nondestructive automatic detection of rice processing quality and appearance quality,it is very important to improve the quality of rice.This paper reviews This article reviews the current research status and application of computer vision technology used by domestic and foreign scholars in rice processing accuracy and appearance quality in recent years, and looks forward to the development of rice quality inspection technology in the future.
