Application of Woodcut Prints in Packaging Design

This paper aims to explore the effective application of woodcut prints in packaging design. Based on the unique artistic characteristics of wood taste, knife taste and trace taste of woodcut print, this paper analyzes the close relationship between woodcut prints and packaging design, summarizes and demonstrates the relationship between them, and explores deeper applications. Taking the knife language, color and humanistic care of the woodcut as three key breakthrough points, this paper specifically analyzes the application of woodcut in packaging design, deeply excavates the conjuncture and scientific application methods, and finds out relevant representative examples.
