| 摘 要： | 土地产权安排是我国农村经济社会变迁的重要内容。本文首先对近年来我国农村土地制度研究总体趋势进行了分析,并以“地方不同土地产权安排试验、国家制度选择及其实施状况、制度文本中土地产权缺陷研究及其进一步改革方向”为主线,对我国农村土地产权安排的实践与理论研究进行了回顾与梳理。
