摘    要:以超临界流体CO2萃取技术对南瓜籽中的油脂提取进行了初步研究.研究了不同物料粒度、萃取压力、萃取温度、萃取时间及CO2流量对南瓜籽油萃取率的影响.

Abstract:The author has initially studied the technique of extracting oil from seeds of cucurbita spp with supercritical carbon dioxide. The study was concentrated on the effect of granule sizes, pressure, temperature, extraction time and flow rate on the production of the oil from seeds of cucurbita spp.
