文留油田抽油机井系统效率影响因素研究

摘    要:抽油机井系统效率是标明整个抽油系统工况的重要参数,对抽油机井系统效率影响因素进行研究对提高抽油机井效率具有重要的现实意义。采用行业标准对抽油井系统效率进行了测试及计算。测试表明,文留油田抽油机井平均系统效率仅11.61%,地面效率高于井下效率,分别为38.5%,30.2%,并对各节点效率及影响因素进行了分析,指出了提高文留油田抽油机井系统效率的主要工作方向。

Abstract:The system efficiency of pumping well is an important parameter to reflect the whole system working conditions.The researches of the system efficiency of pumping well and the influencing factors have important practical significance. The system efficiency is tested and calculated by adopting petroleum standard.The test shows that the average system efficiecy is only 11.61%,and the surface efficiency (38.5%) is higher than that of underground(30.2%)in Wenliu Oilfield.The efficiency of each joint and the affecting factors are also analysed and showing the main work direction to develop the system efficiency of pumping well in Wenliu Oilfield.
