电信运营商企业信息化规划方法论研究

随着互联网技术的快速发展,企业信息化建设步伐不断加快,信息化规划成为了企业信息化建设成功的关键,提高经济效益和核心竞争力的助推器和发动机。然而一个有效的信息化规划方法将有助于提升企业信息化水平,满足企业可持续发展的需要。本文以电信运营商为主体,提出了一种信息化规划过程框架,阐述了信息化规划基本原则,对几种常见的规划方法进行了探析和思考,并总结了信息化规划的价值,为其他企业的信息化规划工作提供了可以借鉴的方法和指导。

STUDY ON THE ENTERPRISE INFORMATION PLANNING METHODOLOGY OF TELECOM OPERATORS

With the rapid development of Internet technology, the pace of enterprise information construction was faster and faster. Information planning has become the key to the success of the enterprise information construction, and the booster and engine of improving the economic benefit and the core competitiveness. However, an effective information planning methodology will help to enhance the level of enterprise information and meet the needs of the enterprise sustainable development. Based on telecom operators as the main body in this paper, an framework of informatization planning process is proposed, the informatization plannings basic principle is expounded, several common methods of planning are carried on the analyses, the value of informatization planning is summarized, providing an useful reference and guidance for the other enterprises information planning.
