BGO六棱柱探测元性能的研究

摘    要:用~(54)Mn,~(57)Co,~(60)Co,~(22)Na和~(137)Cs源测量了BGO六棱柱探测元的能量线性,对662keV的γ射线能量分辨率为18%。两个BGO探测器间的符合时间分辨半宽度为6.9ns,BGO六棱柱与HPGe探器测间的时间分辨半宽度为8.3ns。

Abstract:This paper presents the measurement results on two BGO hexagonal dete-ctor units. Their energy response for r-rays from 54Mn,57Co,122Na, and 137Cs is linear. The measured energy resolution of 662 keV r-rays is 18%. The coincidence time resolution measured between BGO-BGO, BGO-HpGe are FWHM = 6.9 ns and 8.3 ns respectively.
