摘    要:电动机的热保护是预防电机烧毁的重要措施,找出现有热保护存在的问题,提出新的保护方案具有重要的理论意义和实用价值.以热保护为研究对象,充分考虑了电机的热积累现象,通过求解热平衡微分方程的方法,给出了新的电动机过载保护判据.由于该判据以温升达到预定值切机为目标,实现了对电动机的各种故障进行完善保护,解决目前电子式过载保护继电器中保护特性不精确、在负载变化复杂的情况下可能发生保护不动作等问题.此外,还对测量误差关系进行了分析.

Abstract:Thermal protection is important for preventing electrical motor from being burned down. It is of great value in both theory and practice to find problems existing in thermal protection method and propose a new protection scheme. Based on the method of solving heat balance differential equation,a novel over-load protection criterion for electric motor is presented in the paper considering the heat accumulation of motor. Full protection to each kind of breakdown of the electric motor is achieved by setting a temperature level to be the cut criterion,which has a high precise protection characteristic and will not refuse to act when load varation is complex. Farthermore ,measurement error is also analyzed.
