加筋水泥刨花板受弯构件的长期性能及其应用

摘    要:本文介绍加筋水泥刨花板受弯构件的长期载荷试验,根据试验结果指出:加筋水泥刨花板受弯构件的变形-时间曲线与受弯木构件类似,都能依此确定长期强度极限,加筋水泥刨花板受弯构件的长期强度极限可取为0.5倍短期强度极限;加筋水泥刨花板受弯构件的长期变形超过短期变形2倍以上,因此应该按正常使用极限状态进行设计。应用加筋水泥刨花板受弯构件的试点工程证明,这种构件在设计荷载(约为破坏荷载的0.15倍)作用下,使用正常。

Abstract:This paper introduces the long term tests of flexural member composedof shaving boards with reinforcement. The experimental data indicate thatthe deflection-time curves of flexural member composed of shaving boardswith reinforcement are similar to the f-t curves of timber flexural member,and we can find the ultimate strength of long duration from these f-tcurves, For flexural member composed of shaving boards with reinforce-ment, the ultimate strength of long duration is equal to 0.5 times theultimate strength of short duration and the deformation of long durationis more than 2 times of the deformation of short duration so that wemust design the flexural member according to the limit of normalapplication This paper also introduces the applications of flexural member com-posed of shaving boards with reinforcement, and indicates that thesemembers and structures have good performance under designed loads.
