高热强性热作模具钢的研制开发及模具寿命的提高

摘    要:本文系统地回顾了国内近年来在高热强性热作模具钢新材料(近30种)研制开发的进程.论述了有关热处理工艺的改进和发展新动向。提出:将研制开发新钢种、提高冶金和锻造质量、改进和创新有关的热处理工艺.并将三者有机结合是提高模具寿命的关键。

Abstract:The present paper reviews systematically the process of the development on thehigh hot-strength hot-work die steels in recent years in China,discusses the improvement on their heat treatment technique,and suggests that developing new type of steel,raising metallurgical and forged quality, improving heat treatment technique and theirorganic combining are the keys to lengthen die life.
