钢液吹H_2脱氧的实验研究

摘    要:在MoSi2电阻炉上,进行钢液吹H2脱氧的实验研究.结果表明,常压下条件下,H2具有较强的脱氧能力.吹H2脱氧过程中,随着钢中的氧反应的减少,氢的脱氧速度和利用率逐渐降低.本实验中钢中碳含量仅为0.016%,但往钢液中吹入H2仍会促使C]-O]反应脱氧.H2与氧的反应是脱氧的主要反应.同时,吹氢脱氧过程还能显著降低钢中的氮含量.

Abstract:Deoxidation of molten steel by H2 blowing was investigated in a MoSi2 furnace. The experimental results showed that H2 had stronger deoxidation ability at atmospheric pressure, with the reducing of oxygen content in the steel, the deoxidation and utilization ratio of H2 decreased during H2 blowing. Although the carbon content was only 0.016% in this experiment, deoxidation occurred with C]-O] reaction improved by H2 blowing, while the main deoxidation was the reaction between H2 and O].
