摘    要:文章在建立非均匀外载模型的基础上,对结构为N80钢级割缝管的抗挤强度进行了研究。采用有限元法建立了三维有限元模型,根据弹塑性力学理论,借助有限元软件,分析计算了非均匀外挤载荷作用下割缝管的抗挤强度。分析了不同模型在相同不均匀系数、同一模型在不同的不均匀系数的情况下对等效抗挤强度的影响。研究表明,管体抗非均匀载荷的能力远远低于抗均匀载荷的能力,非均匀载荷作用下不均匀系数是影响强度的关键因素。其结果有利于指导在非均匀载荷作用下割缝的设计,对分析套管变形损坏的机理提供了依据,有利于对套损预防提出有效的建议。

Abstract:Based on the model of the non-uniform load, the paper researched the collapsing strength of the slotted casing with N80 steel and established 3D finite element model by adopting the finite element method. Based on elastic-plastic mechanics theory and the finite element software, the effect of non-uniform load on the collapsing strength of slotted casing is analyzed in the same non-uniformity coefficient with different model and different non-uniformity coefficient with same model. Research results show that the casing collapsing strength under non-uniform load is far less than that under uniform load and non-uniformity coefficient is a key factor of influencing the equivalent collapsing strength under non-uniform load. The result is propitious to the optimization design of casing slotting under non-uniform load, and offers a gist for analyzing casing failure mechanism.
