摘    要:分析了稳态工况法排放测试中加速段的控制特点,建立了ASM控制的CARMAX模型,基于这一模型,提出了一种基于改进RLS的广义最小方差自适应控制方法,针对此算法分析了其优点,并进行了相应的控制器设计。以ASM两个工况的加速段的控制为对象,采用该方法进行了仿真。作为对比,同时采用了传统的PID控制进行对比研究。结果表明,两个不同工况下采用不同加载突变,该方法都能快速适应相应的变化,使系统的操作变得容易,从而显示了该方法具有实际应用价值。

Abstract:The control characteristic of acceleration section under acceleration Simulation mode(ASM)test is analyzed,and a CARMAX model of ASM control was founded, based on this model,a self-adaption control method of generalized minimum variance,which uses the improvements of normal least-squares algorithm,was developed.Then the dvantages of the algorithm was analyzed,and the corresponding controller is designed.By taking the control for accelerating section of two working stations of ASM as an object, a contrastive simulation between this method and conventional PID is carried out.The experimental results have strongly illustrated that the new method can adapt the change of load very quickly,which makes the system being operated easely.Thus the design has shown to be practical in application values.
