壳聚糖/四氧化三铁复合微球的制备及其吸附铜离子的研究

摘    要:选用Fe3O4作为磁性组分,用共沉淀法制备出了直径为40nm的纳米Fe3O4颗粒,利用乳化交联法在pH=9,60℃的条件下将壳聚糖和Fe3O4复合在一起制备出不同质量比的壳聚糖/Fe3O4磁性微球。通过X射线衍射、扫描电镜和振动样品磁强计研究了复合材料的结构、形貌和磁性。同时测试了磁性微球对Cu2+的吸附性能,结果表明在pH=5时材料有较好的吸附性,壳聚糖所占质量比越高吸附性能越好,m(壳聚糖)∶m(Fe3O4)=2∶1的吸附性最好;在pH=5时,吸附容量为78.15mg/g。

Abstract:Fe3O4 nanoparticles were used as magnetic carrier materials in this paper.Firstly,Fe3O4 magnetic nanoparticles with 40nm were prepared by a coprecipitation method.And then,Fe3O4/chitosan composite adsorbent materials with different mass ratio were synthesized by emulsification and cross-linking technology under the condition of pH 9 and 60 ℃.The samples were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD) and vibration sample magnetometer(VSM).The effect of the pH value,different mass ratio of chitosan and Fe3O4 upon the removal rate of Cu2+ was studied.It was found that the best condition was pH 5 and the adsorption capacity increased with the mass ratio of chitosan.The sample of m(chitosan)∶m(Fe3O4)=2∶1 showed the largest adsorption capacity 78.15 mg/g at pH 5.
