摘    要:针对我国设计的卸船机结构过重的情况,提出了一种基于正交试验法的结构优化方法,介绍了该方法的思想及其优点,分析了卸船机的载荷情况,建立了卸船机的有限元模型,并在此基础上描述了基于该方法对卸船机的结构参数进行优化的全过程。和传统优化方法相比,该方法对卸船机的结构优化问题适应性好,能够更好的为卸船机结构轻量化设计提供依据。

Abstract:Due to the over weight of the ship unloader designed by our country, this paper proposes a new method of light weight structure design based on the orthogonal experiment, describes the theory and the advantages of using this method, analyzes the load condition and builds the finite element model. It also describes the whole parameter optimization process of its structure. Compared with the traditional optimized method, this method is more suitable for ship unloader' s weight reduction optimization and it provides a better reference for the structure design.
