球塞泵定子轨道数控编程策略

摘    要:基于球塞泵定子轨道几何成形原理,提出定子轨道数控加工程序设计要求。合理规划刀具路径,建立数学计算模型,进行坐标变换,克服了侧向内凹曲面的编程难题,在没有变换刀轴的情况下利用立式三轴数控铣床完成了复杂侧向内凹曲面数控加工,刀具轨迹完全符合定子轨道曲面流线要求。为球塞泵定子轨道数控加工提供了编程策略。依据数学计算模型所设计的数控程序可根据产品设计及数控加工工艺要求进行参数调整,程序简洁且使用灵活方便,实现了数控程序完全参数化程序设计。

Abstract:Based on forming principles of the stator orbit of ball piston pump,program design requirement for NC machining stator orbit is presented,including planning tool path rightfully,building mathematical model and transforming coordinate,which overcomes the programming difficulties for concave surface and complete the NC machining of complex concave surface of stator track by using triaxial numerically controlled milling machine without knife shaft transformation.The cutter path satisfies the requirements for streamlined,which provides programming strategy for numerical-control machining of stator orbit.The program is simple and easy to operate since the parameter could be adjusted according to product design and technological requirements,thus parameterized programming is realized.
