微位移放大机构的分析与计算

摘    要:基于力学理论提出一种通用的柔性铰链柔度的计算方法,适用于各种切口形状的单轴和多轴柔性铰链的设计计算。推导出直圆柔性铰链在平面受力状态下的柔度计算公式,并分析了直圆柔性铰链结构参数与性能的关系。分析一种微位移放大机构的结构与工作原理,推导出微位移放大机构获得较大输出位移时,机构中两直圆柔性铰链结构参数应满足的关系,计算结果表明本文方法正确有效。

Abstract:An universal calculation method for compliance of flexure hinges has deduced on the basis of mechanics theory.The method is handy for all types flexure hinges.The compliance equations for right circular flexure hinges under the condition of planar forces were proposed.The relationships between compliance and dimensions of right circular flexure hinges were analyzed.The structure and principle of a micro-displacement amplifier was introduced.The relation condition of structure parameters between flexure hinges in the amplifier was deduced when the amplifier could acquire large export displacement.The validity of the method was proved by a calculation example.
