超声平台珩磨机理分析

摘    要:超声平台珩磨装置能使油石条产生超声振动,在珩磨缸套时具有磨削力小、珩磨温度低、油石不易堵塞、加工效率高等特点。对单颗磨粒在振动时产生的脉冲力,以及超声脉冲力垂直于珩磨网纹的方向分力——有效去峰力进行了分析,并用断裂力学原理来解释尺寸效应产生的机理,最后得出结论:珩磨中油石磨粒具有强大的脉冲力具有足够的能量削掉网纹峰尖成为平台,该理论对于生产实践具有重要的意义。

Abstract:Ultrasonic plateau honing device can make oil-stone have a ultrasonic vibration.It has many advantages of small grinding force,low honing temperature,long oilstone life and high processing efficiency in cylinder sleave honing.The ultrasonic pulse force and its component force is generated at the same time,with the single grit being vibrated.Component force is defined as the removing peak force,which direction is perpendicular to cross hatch.Both the pulse force and component force are analyzed,and the mechanism of size effect is explained by fracture mechanics theory.The results show that oil stone grain can cut off peak point of cross hatch,and make it into micro platform with strong pulse force and enough energy.
