风力机叶片根部孔缺陷应力分析

摘    要:大型风力发电机的叶片几乎都是复合材料加工而成,由于各种原因,叶片在加工过程可能会出现各种质量问题。以1.5MW根部T型螺栓孔打孔损伤叶片为例,应用ANSYS软件建立了叶片根部与T型螺栓的有限元模型。对其根部和T型连接螺栓进行了受力分析,并分别比较了正常结构和损伤结构两种情况下叶片根部T型螺栓孔和螺栓的应力。计算结果表明,叶片根部缺陷孔应力还处在可接受范围内,对T型螺栓的受力也影响不大,受损叶片可通过进一步补强后正常使用。

Abstract:Blades of large wind turbine are almost made from composite material,for various reasons,many kinds of quality problems may appear in the blades processing.A 1.5MW wind turbine blade with a damaged hole at root was taken as an example,and a FE model for blade root of wind turbine and T-bolts was established by ANSYS.Then the stress of the root and T-bolts were analyzed,and the stress of the root T-bolt holes and bolts were compared under the condition of the normal structure and the damaged structure respectively.The results show that the stress of the T-bolt hole in the damaged blade root is still within the acceptable stress range,which effect of the damaged hole on T-bolt’s stress is little.Thus the damaged blade might be used normally after being reinforced further.
