N-β-羟乙基乙二胺合成工艺改进

摘    要:采用自制气液接触反应器,用反应-精馏耦合的方法合成羟乙基乙二胺,解决了目前环氧乙烷法合成羟乙基乙二胺过程中存在的副产物多、收率低的问题,有效地避免了副反应的发生。通过单因素实验,考察了各工艺参数对反应结果的影响,确定了当环氧乙烷通气速度为一定值100mL/min时,较适宜的工艺条件为:乙二胺含水量为25%;乙二胺进料速度为2.5mL/min;乙二胺进料温度为110℃;环氧乙烷导入温度为30℃。此反应条件下,羟乙基乙二胺的收率从传统工艺的50%提高到了94.73%,选择性为97.76%,乙二胺的单程转化率约为15%,节约了能耗,可以实现连续化生产。

Abstract:A set of reaction device using self-made gas liquid contactor was put forward to synthesize aminoethylethanolamine.The problems of low yield with more by-product was solved.Via single-factor experiments,some technological parameters were discussed.When the admission velocity of ethylene oxide was 150 mL/min,the optimum experiment conditions were obtained as follows: The moisture content of ethylenediamine was 25%,the feed rate of ethylenediamine was 2.5 mL/min,the feeding temperature of ethylenediamine was 110 ℃,the feed temperature of ethylene oxide was 30 ℃.Under these conditions,the yield of aminoethylethanolamine was increased from 50% to 94.73%.The selectivity reached 97.76% and the conversion per pass of ethylenediamine reached 15%.Continuous production could be carried out.
