摘    要:减速器产品的系列化和相似性程度很高,为提高设计效率和质量,开发系列化产品的三维参数化系统显得尤为必要。在充分利用Pro/E强大的三维处理功能及参数化设计的基础上而研究的,结合二次开发工具Pro/TOOLKIT,利用Visual C++做为计算机开发工具,采用模块化设计思想,实现了减速器系列产品各零部件的三维参数化设计和虚拟装配。该系统的开发在缩短产品设计周期、提高工作效率方面有显著的作用,对减速器系列化产品的设计开发工作有普遍的适应性和扩展性。

Abstract:The similarity and serial of reducer are very high.Developing the three-dimension parametric system for serial production is very necessary in order to improve the design efficiency and quality.By fully used the three-dimensional function and parametric design of Pro/E and Visual C++ as computer development tool,based on Pro/TOOLKIT tool and the principle of modular design,it has realized the parametric design and virtual assembly of gear reducer’s component.This system had notable role on shortening the period of products plan and raising working efficiency,which would have universal adaptability and development for the serial product of gear reducer.
